📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Process and review provider dispute claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with providers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispute claims.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve dispute resolution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to providers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or dispute resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid work permit for Bali.
