As an HR Manager in Gresik, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is a plus.
