📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop ELV and BMS systems using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Integrate ELV and BMS systems with building automation and control systems.
• Commission and test ELV and BMS systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for ELV and BMS systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of ELV and BMS systems.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess the needs of buildings and develop appropriate ELV and BMS solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV and BMS systems.
• Certification in Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
