As a Lead Welder at Multi Guna Maritim, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing welding projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate welding projects, including material procurement, welding procedure development, and quality control.
• Lead and mentor a team of welders, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Inspect and test welded components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop and implement welding procedures and quality control plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including ISO 9001 and ASME.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Maintain and update welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a welder, with a strong background in maritime and industrial welding.
• Certified Welder with relevant certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using welding equipment and tools, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding machines.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with CAD software and welding procedure specifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
