📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement innovative social programs that address key community needs.
  • Lead a team of social program managers and staff to ensure program success.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure they meet organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at community events and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of program budgets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and executing social programs.
  • Proven track record of success in community development and social impact initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
