📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Report on social media activities and insights to senior management.
  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
