📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential sites for telecommunications infrastructure.,Negotiate and secure site acquisition agreements with landowners and stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.,Maintain and update site acquisition and telecommunications databases.,Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding site selection and infrastructure planning.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations while conducting fieldwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition and telecommunications, preferably in the Indonesian market.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and business practices related to telecommunications infrastructure.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with GIS software and other relevant tools for site analysis and planning.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
