📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
