📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or fast-food outlet is a plus.
