Direct Bright Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that they meet our high standards of customer service and sales performance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Manage a team of store managers and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise in the stores.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the stores are stocked with the right products and that promotions are effectively communicated to customers.,Ensure that the stores are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for store staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
