📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available for use when needed.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out on vehicles.,Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times.,Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of mechanics.,Strong knowledge of automotive technology and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in the automotive industry.
