📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch-specific strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
