📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and optimize server performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions using VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery drills to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new IT solutions and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure, including Cisco and Juniper devices.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT management.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
