📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and optimize ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and finances.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
