📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
