Royal Village Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicle records, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our services and the safety of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel usage and cost to optimize efficiency.,Handle vehicle bookings and ensure timely availability for employees.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
