📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track insurance premium collections and policy renewals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of premiums and renewals.
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection notices.
• Coordinate with the claims department to resolve any issues related to policy renewals.
• Monitor and update collection status in the company's financial systems.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance collection or a related role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with insurance industry practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of financial systems and software is a plus.
