📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Meet with potential and existing customers to demonstrate our flooring products and solutions.
• Present and negotiate contracts and proposals to secure sales.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
• Report on sales activities and performance to the sales manager on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the flooring industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
