📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of construction and interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost analyses, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permits specific to Surabaya and East Java.
