📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.,Stocking and managing inventory of food ingredients.,Preparing food for service in a timely and efficient manner.,Assisting in the training and development of new staff members.,Following all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participating in inventory counts and food cost analysis.,Assisting in the preparation of special dishes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
