📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, using our signature brew methods.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and ensure they have a memorable coffee experience.
• Collaborate with the team to manage the café's workflow, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure we always have the freshest ingredients.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and learn from colleagues.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a barista role, preferably in a busy café environment.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
