📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and ensure they are effectively communicated to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive store environment.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
