📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the warehouse.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and inventory management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
