As a Senior Account & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial integrity of the organization.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
