📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific department within the company.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities for improvement.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the job.
