📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end import procurement process, from supplier selection to delivery and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and logistics providers.
• Monitor and optimize import costs to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with production and distribution needs.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP or Oracle to manage and track import orders.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import procurement, with a focus on the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record in managing international suppliers and logistics partners.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and quality standards.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
