📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry regulations and best practices.
